Much better than it looks

While the looks of the power- dressed Tasmin aren’t to everybody’s taste, there’s no doubt that underneath lurked a serious sports car that’s as good as Chimaera and in top 450SEAC tune spelt 300bhp. Lesser V8 models (all Rover powered) still kicked out 200bhp minimum, so none are exactly short of pace (except the meek Cortina-engined ‘200’). There’s a good range to choose from but all need vetting carefully, especially for accident damage and general neglect.
